NSR Stepper Relocation
This is EPT's primary business. We can provide complete cleanroom to
cleanroom delivery of any NSR stepper or scanner. We have moved over 300
steppers in our history and we have complete crating and fixturing specs for all
models. We can provide crating and rigging assistance or we can provide
those services. We have worked with all the major industry brokers and
have been granted work access to dozens of major factories. Please give us a

Wafer Coating Services
New in June of 2009, EPT has installed equipment and resources
to coat wafers to spec. Using your resist and process we can coat small lots,
single wafers or cassettes, even pieces. If you are in a university lab,
R&D facility or just starting a new process, we can help you develop your
process or use your process to coat high quality wafers. We are catering this
service to our customers so contact us to find out how we can help. We
work with universities and startups all across the US and the world so we are
confident we can help you with your project. We can supply broadband, i-line,
or DUV resist or we can work with your samples. For most processes we can
also expose and develop your test patterns to help fine tune your results or

Brokerage
As of 2009, EPT has diversified and expanded its used
semiconductor equipment brokerage services. We are in a unique position to have
early access to fab closures and equipment that is newly released to the market.
We also are able to completely deinstall and remove this equipment. This
advantage gives our customers the benefit of acquiring high quality used
equipment with the lowest overhead possible. We have begun offering
photolithography equipment as well as equipment for all wafer manufacturing
processes. We are able to offer AS-IS equipment quotes to fully refurbished,
installed, and supported packages. EPT understands the market's desire to
purchase equipment that has OEM-style support, warranties and training and we
are able to provide that for most all of our customer's requirements. Please

Stepper / Scanner refurbishment
EPT can bring your equipment purchase to a like new condition. Our preferred
service is to deinstall your equipment, reinstall it in our cleanroom and set it
up for calibration. We have an extensive parts inventory to make necessary
repairs and we can manufacture doors and panels and do paint work if needed. We
can set you system up for site inspection or to run pilot wafers for your
process or qual before we deinstall, clean, prep, vacuum seal and crate your
system for shipment to your facility.
Wafer or reticle size or altitude conversion
This service is in high demand for today's market. We can change wafers sizes
of equipment as well as reticle stage components for 5" or 6" reticles.
This service effectively increases the viability of the used equipment market
because customers are no longer forced to wait for their particular
configuration or subjected to very high OEM conversion costs and long lead
times. EPT has performed many wafer size conversions with custom designed chucks
and wafer loader parts. We have also changed many reticle stages on the majority
of NSR stepper and scanner models. We have kits or we can manufacture the
required parts to complete the conversion. We can modify and adjust your
system's lens controller for a higher or lower altitude. This service included
modifications of pressure sensors if necessary and recalibration of
magnification and distortion.
EPT has invested a significant amount of capital in VI curve diagnostic tools
for PCB repair. We can set up an exchange program for your stockroom where
we troubleshoot and quote the board repair at no charge. We provide a very
good credit for exchanged cores as well. Turn your malfunctioning PCBs into a
cost saving area for spare parts.

We have invested in a wide format printer and developed a process to print
equipment footprints from AutoCAD® drawing files. These prints are invaluable in planning a
new facility or expansion. Precise locations of facility connections or
floor mounts can be determined and prepared before receipt of the equipment.
This is a great timesaver for tight schedules. The turnaround time for
this service is 5 to 10 days.
