Enhanced Production
Technologies, Inc. is a complete solution provider to the semiconductor
equipment market. We specialize in equipment relocation, support, and
training for older generation photolithography equipment, primarily Nikon™
steppers. We can provide a "turn-key" package, including brokerage
services, for an existing or start-up IC fab. We can locate,
acquire, move, setup and support all of the equipment required in a
submicron photolithography area. Our products and services help our
customers achieve the timely success that is required in today's
competitive marketplace.

helped experienced customers add to their existing equipment sets and we
have also helped startup companies setup entire photolithography areas that
have since produced years of profitable products. We take pride in the

History / Background
EPT was established in 1994
and began supplying upgraded system components for Nikon steppers. The
equipment service division grew steadily in scope and size to become our
primary focus. As a company, we have relocated more than 100 steppers
worldwide and trained dozens of engineers and maintenance personnel to
operate and maintain, at a high level of expertise, complete photo areas
using NSR body 2 to body 14 steppers, EX and S2XX series scanners.
Our customer philosophy is to train users and maintenance personnel to be as
self-sufficient as they deem necessary to reduce their dependence on outside
support. Since its inception EPT has grown from a handful of employees
to more than triple in size. Our most important focus in on customer
satisfaction. More than 90% of our customer base are repeat customers.
